Cardiovascular Training Session
Cardiovascular sessions consist of challenging aerobic exercises sessions that last for an extended period of time. Period of time is dependant on your level of fitness. Such possible exercises are dependent upon available equipment and may include:
Running/Jogging/Walking
Cycling
Swimming
Rowing
Boxing
Jumping rope
Taking part in supervised cardiovascular exercise sessions is a great way to ensure that you perform your needed aerobic training on your days off from strength training.
Group Cardiovascular session, performing aerobic exercise in groups of 2 trainees or more, is a great way to stay motivated and keep training fun and consistent. The list of possible Cardiovascular exercises above apply also apply for Group Sessions.
