Training Philosophy

High intensity, full body strength training workouts should be progressively designed to strengthen and condition your body and mind. Performing these workouts with short rest periods will permit cardiovascular benefits in addition to the apparent strength gains made. Consistently and safely challenging the body's limits will result in a greater understanding of what can truly be accomplished when YOU lock onto a goal and refuse to fail. True fitness training demands 100 percent of YOUR efforts and offers remarkable gains that far surpass improved physical stature.

What To Expect

Effective, safe and challenging strength training sessions lasting
30 - 45minutes 2 - 3 times per week.

Thoroughly explained, demonstrated and assisted execution of all exercises

Manual stretching performed following every strength training session.

A gained understanding of exercise including the how to and reasoning
behind the exercise programs designed for you

Motivation and dedication to the achievement of your goals.

Advice and instruction on what to do when not with your trainer.
Including Cardiovascular Routines.

Follow-up calls on your off days to make sure you are performing
your Cardiovascular Routine and following a proper diet.

Cardiovascular sessions with your trainer if you are having a hard
time performing and or motivating yourself to complete them on your own.
